Custard pudding

Take two or three spoonfuls from a pint of new milk and mix with a spoonful of flour, boil the remainder and when cool stir in the milk and flour, beat up the yolks of five and whites of two eggs, stir in with a little sugar, nutmeg and salt, boil it an hour. Butter, Wine, and sugar for sauce
