Little London-road
We are pleased to notice that considerable repairs have been done to this once almost impassable road, and when they are completed we have no doubt the road will be good sound one, besides being a great benefit to all travellers to the Station, who live north of the town.
We have been given to understand that the Gas Company laid down gas mains along this road some time since, and we cannot help thinking that it would be money well spent if the Local Board would have lamps erected, so that the road can be properly lighted.
It would also be a great boon if the whole of the road to the Station was lighted by means of gas lamps.
