CUCKFIELD.

ANNUAL OUTING AT THE WHEATSHEAF INN.

—The employees of Messrs. Abbey and Son, brewers, of Brighton, spent a very enjoyable outing at the above house on Saturday last.

The visitors on arriving were conducted to field adjoining the hostelry, and got through their sports, consisting of racing, quoits, and bat and trap matches, after which the party, numbering 60, sat down to a most substantial dinner, which was served in excellent style by Host Nevill, and heartily enjoyed.
