HAYWARDS’ HEATH

PICNIC AT THE ASYLUM

The inmates of the Haywards Heath Asylum had one of their picnic parties on Tuesday last. About 100 of them, taken from different wards, walked to Ditchling, followed by a wagon with provisions, &c. A most pleasant day was spent in a variety of games and the party returned to the Asylum without an incident to mar the day’s excursion.
